Meet the person behind Stashing Coins
Hi moms! I’m Pearl, mom to two wonderful children ages 11 and 5 as well as a wife to a wonderful husband. I am passionate about sharing ideas with other moms about saving and making a penny here and there.
Nursing is another job I have besides being a mom and a wife. I love my job, working with patients and their families.. I also love writing about how to save & make money, pay off debt, and budgeting.
My favorite things to do
I love reading personal development books such as family relationships, self-help, self-care, and cooking. Writing is another activity I love to do which is why I started blogging. My favorite activities are exercising at home to be an example to my children. As a mom, I love to hang out with my family and travel with them to new places because I love to see the excitement on my kid’s faces when they visit new places.
Mom Journey and birth of Stashing Coins
Parenting and managing finances are adventures with ups and downs. My husband and I are starting on the preteen journey which I would love your ideas on raising a pre-teen. As a mom, I am always trying to balance working, managing finances ( the struggle is real) being a mom and a wife, which is a struggle.
I am all about taking personal responsibility for my family as a mom. Teaching our children that everybody should major in Finance.
I write about different ways moms can empower themselves, & their families as well. Writing these topics helps me to help others to empower themselves and connect with other moms who wish to gain control of their finances. This is why I started Stashing Coins.
I would like this blog to be a place where moms can support each other through sharing ideas about managing family finances, It’s my hope that we can do that in this blog community.
I also want to welcome you to comment on any posts I have or any other subject matter you struggle with and wish I would address. Please contact me using the contact us section.
